Ethan Geimer
I have attended Cushman for 14 years, so I’ve kind of grown up here. I have been a student-athlete since day one and will finish as a student-athlete. I love the friends I have made over the years and the many wonderful memories – both of which I will treasure for a lifetime. I have too many favorite memories to just list one… but, I have loved all of our Blue and White Days and the festive competitions with my friends. I have been on Honor Roll almost every quarter since I started Cushman High School. I also was a UPenn book award winner for the Wharton School of Business. I have been involved in many sports as a Cushman student. The sports I have played at Cushman High are golf, soccer, flag football, and beach volleyball. SAM Project
My SAM project has been focused on cleaning up our beaches and Biscayne Bay. It is so important to protect the ocean, the coral reefs, and other sea life that are part of the marine environment. I have worked with Spencer Davis and, together, we created a beach cleanup community base within Cushman and conducted many beach clean-ups around south Florida. I feel strongly about doing what I can to help since I love being in and living near the ocean and hope to preserve it for future generations.

Remembered As
“Since he joined our sports program in middle school, Ethan has consistently been a positive example for other Cushman student-athletes. Whether it was golf, soccer or flag football, Ethan’s Cushman Character shined bright. He was committed to his teams and his teammates, he was coachable, hard-working and always competitive. Thanks to him and the rest of the Seniors, the Cushman High School Athletic Program is in a much better place than it was before they came on campus. Thank you and keep representing the school wherever the journey takes you next!”
